|NL| Concept en vormgeving van een bundeling brieven geschreven door historische figuren, van de Grieks-Romeinse Oudheid tot nu, waarin Italië een rol speelt. Om het boek overzichtelijk te maken heb ik de brieven opgedeeld in 5 secties waarbij verschillende lettertypes, initialen en ornamenten de periodes illustreren, zoals de Romeinse tijd, barok, gotiek ... Het laatste deel verwijst naar de opkomst van de schrijfmachine en luchtpost en werd daarom op dunner papier gedrukt. Bij elke sectie hoort een voorpagina met de namen van Italiaanse steden, stempels, gravures en elementen die verwijzen naar briefschrijfkunst.

|EN| Concept and design of a collection of letters written by historical figures, from Greco-Roman antiquity to the present, in which Italy plays a role. I decided to divide the letters into 5 sections and used different fonts, initials and ornaments to illustrate the time periods in which the letters were written, such as the Roman, Baroque, Gothic ... The last part refers to the rise of the typewriter and airmail and was therefore printed on thinner paper. For each section I designed a front page with the names of Italian cities, stamps, engravings and elements that refer to writing letters.
